Keep track of important answers after changes to your website, prices or knowledge base. We help you choose questions, agree on precise checks and document the first results.
What the one-off €99 pilot includes
- One chatbot assessed, using up to three public source pages you select.
- Up to 10 questions, covering contacts, services, stable business information and agreed fallback responses.
- Customer-approved rules, with a source and exact expected wording or data for each question. These are literal text checks, not a general semantic assessment.
- Setup and an initial check through the approved Monitor connection process, with request volume agreed in advance.
- A concise manually prepared report of questions, rules, results, limitations and recommended actions.
- One revision of questions and rules within seven calendar days of delivery, with a maximum of 10 questions overall.
€99 is the one-time standard package price, with tax included in the configured EUR price. Before payment, we confirm compatibility, scope and delivery date by email. We then supply a separate one-time Paddle payment link. Paddle shows the final payable total and tax treatment. This purchase has no renewal and does not activate Starter.
Compatibility and scope
For one text chatbot with a compatible public HTTPS endpoint returning JSON without credentials. We confirm compatibility before an order; a website widget alone is insufficient. Do not send API keys, customer conversations or personal data.
This package does not include chatbot code, prompt or knowledge-base repairs, new connectors, private API authentication, voice testing, CRM writes, bookings or payment testing. It does not guarantee every answer is correct or provide continuous emergency support. White-label reports and a multi-client dashboard are not current product features.
Each check may consume requests from your chatbot provider. We agree on volume before activation. When correct business information changes, the customer must also approve updated expectations.
The free trial remains free
Paid setup is optional, for customers who want a more detailed question design and written documentation. The assisted trial and ordinary connection help remain available without this purchase.
The 14-day trial starts after a working connection is verified, requires no card and stops at the end unless you choose paid continuation. Starter is €19 per month for one chatbot, up to 10 questions, daily checks, alerts and 30-day history. Paddle displays the final total and renewal terms before confirmation. Ordering setup does not create a monthly subscription.
