One-time Monitor setup terms

This is optional implementation of BotEffex Monitor for one compatible text chatbot. Before we supply a payment link, we confirm compatibility, scope, customer-approved source information and the delivery date in writing.

Price and payment

The standard package is €99 one time, with tax included in the configured EUR price. Paddle shows the final payable total and applicable tax treatment before confirmation. There is no renewal. No monthly Monitor subscription is created or activated by this purchase. Paddle acts as seller of record and issues the payment receipt under its buyer terms.

Delivery

The package includes assessment of one chatbot and up to three public sources, design of up to 10 questions, agreed literal rules, approved setup and an initial check, a manually prepared report, and one revision of questions and rules within seven calendar days of delivery. We confirm payment in Paddle before starting the paid work. Completion is confirmed by email with the agreed deliverables; browser payment messages alone are not proof of payment.

Customer responsibilities and limits

Provide authorized access to a compatible public HTTPS JSON endpoint without credentials, approve source facts and request volume, and notify us of changes to those facts. Do not send secrets or customer conversations. A website widget alone is insufficient. The service does not include chatbot repairs, new integrations or a guarantee that all answers are correct. Changes, cancellation and payment support

If the agreed setup cannot be delivered, contact us to agree on a revised date or request a refund. Refund requests and payment issues are handled through Paddle and the site's refund policy, subject to applicable rights and Paddle buyer terms. These terms do not remove statutory rights or request early-performance consent on behalf of a buyer. A change of scope must be agreed before additional work or charges.

Free trial and contact

The free assisted trial and ordinary connection help remain free. Paid setup does not automatically start or extend a trial. Monthly continuation requires a separate voluntary subscription.
