Data used by the service

For a pilot or account, we may process your contact email, chatbot endpoint URL, approved test questions and rules, answers returned to those tests, results, and information needed to send alerts and support your account. We ask you not to include personal or sensitive information in test questions. Test requests go to the chatbot endpoint you authorize.

We use this information to operate the service, send requested alerts, answer support requests, prevent misuse and maintain security. Test results are kept for 30 days. If you choose paid continuation, your approved setup and available trial history are copied to your paid account. Account configuration is kept while needed to provide the service; contact us if you want it removed.

Trial requests

The trial request form collects your agency name, email and website so we can assess compatibility and arrange the requested trial. Requests are stored privately on our server and sent to the operator by email. A request does not create a paid subscription. The 14-day trial starts after a working connection is verified and checks stop when it ends. You can contact us to withdraw your request or ask for deletion.

Payments and service providers

For voluntary paid continuation, Paddle handles checkout, payment details, tax and invoices as merchant of record. We receive subscription status needed to activate or stop the service, not your full payment card number. See Paddle's privacy notice. Hosting and email providers process the operational data needed to run checks and deliver alerts.

Your choices

You may ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your service data, subject to applicable legal obligations. You may also object to certain processing. Contact us at the email above and we will respond to your request.
